Clientele

Please come in bare faced to your appointment. All services and products are non refundable. Clients that have no showed or cancelled 3 consecutive times will no longer be accepted as a client. No children under the age of 13 will be permitted in the facility unless accompanied by an adult.

Late

If you arrive late, your service may be limited due to other’s scheduled. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment and there is not enough time to complete the service, you will have to reschedule and pay the $50 non refundable deposit again when rebooking.

Cancellation

Please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, or you will be charged 50% of the service booked. Same day cancellations will result in a 50% charge of the service you were scheduled for and no show appointments will be charged 100% of service.

Booking Deposit

In order to book, I require a non refundable $50 deposit that will be applied towards your service cost. Should you need to reschedule, the $50 will roll over to that rescheduled appointment if done within my 24hr notice policy. Any service rescheduled within 24hrs from your appointment time will require another $50 deposit. Note: this is still only $50 towards the service, not $100.
